Blend together soup, milk, tuna and cheese in a large bowl. Add pasta/pea mixture. Combine well and pour into pan. Bake until heated through. If in a 9x13 pan possibly done in 15min. If deeper dish used add time. Add potato chips last 5 min of cooking time.
