This dressing is used to dress raw medium diced tuna when preparing the SPICY YELLOWFIN TUNA TARTARE.
1. To make the mustard oil. Mix 3 tbls of dry mustard with 1 tbls of water and 2 cups of canola oil. Let rest for 3 days (shaking once a day). Strain before use.
2. Put all ingredients in blender to emulsify the dressing.
3. Shake well before every use.
