Tuna Waldorf Salad

Ready in 30 minutes

Nice lunch for summertime...could use turkey, chicken, tuna, or eliminate the meat alltogether.


1/2 cup walnuts; chopped and roasted
1/2 cup celery; chopped
1/2 cup red grapes; halved
1 green apple; diced
1/2 cup plain yogurt
2 tablespoons parsley; minced
1 teaspoons honey
1/2 lemon; zest
1/2 lemon; juiced
1 can tuna
1 Salt

Original recipe makes 4



Mix yogurt, honey, lemon juice and zest. Add fruit, veggies, and tuna. Mix well. Serve on lettuce leaves.
