Here is a great way to use up those turkey leftovers.
Preheat oven to 350?. Combine cooked turkey, rice, soup, garlic powder, peas or celery, onion and soya sauce in a casserole dish. In medium bowl, combine melted butter, almonds and corn flakes. Spread almond and corn flake mixture on top of casserole. Freeze at this point or bake for 30 minutes. Great for holiday leftovers or whole cooked chicken (skin removed). Freezes well.
