Slow Cooker 2 1/2 hours low
1. Cook turkey overt medium heat with olive oil until it is no longer pink; drain.
2. In a large bowl, combine turkey, marinara sauce, and tomatoes.
3. Coat a large slow cooker with cooking spray. Pur 1 cup turkey-tomato sauce into slow cooker. Layer on noodles, ricotta, mozzarella,spinach and sauce. Repeat layers twice, ending with sauce.(Use all spinach in first 2 layers, ending with sauce and cheese.)
4. Cover and cook for 2 1/2 hours on low until noodles are soft and cheese is melted. Serve sprickled with Parmesean.
