Easy and delicious. I added sliced mushrooms over the layer of turkey, and rice with the chicken soup topping.

Easy to make and very tasty.

Easy to prep, and great for turkey or chicken leftovers. I used fresh broccoli over frozen, and steamed it for 10 minutes to get it started so that it would still have some life after baking. The other trick I used with this recipe is that most of the cheese was added between the broccoli and turkey layers - so that it wouldn't harden on the top. The kids and husband seemed to like it too. I expect we'll make it again after next Thanksgiving.
