Suggest a better descriptionset aside 1 clove garlic, 1/4 onion and ground turkey.
In large sauce pan add all other ingrediants and simmer, add spices to desired heat
sautee 1 clove garlic and 1/4 onion in 1 tbs of olive oil until brown, add ground turkey salt and pepper cook until turkey is browned with minimal pink.
drain ground turkey and add to sauce allow to simmer for at least an hour, I usually let it simmer for minimum of 5 hours to make sure all the flavors blend together.
Serve by itself or over spaghetti noodles
