A Mix of East and Light
1. In small bowl combine mayonnaise, milk, onion, lemon juice, curry powder, sugar and salt.
2. In large bowl combine turkey, rice, apples and almonds. Fold in mayonnaise mixture, cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
3. To serve, arrange lettuce leaves on 6 salad plates and top each with a heaping cup of salad.
