Left over turkey (or chicken) pasta and cheese... Simple and delicious!
Cook pasta (I use angel hair) according to package in salt water and drain. Season with garlic powder
Set aside
In seperate bowl mix cream of mushroom soup, milk, rotel (do not drain), mushrooms (drain) and corn (drained) stir until well incorporated
Place cooked pasta in 9X13 baking pan
Top with shredded turkey or chicken and chopped cooked bacon
Add in cubed velveeta
Pour soup mixture on top and mix until pasta is coated
Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 45 min in a 350 degree oven
Remove foil and bake an additional 10 minutes
