This tasty meatloaf is quick and easy to prepare and low in calories, fat, and sodium. The kids love it.

Ingredients

Are you making this? 
1 pound ground turkey; lean
1/2 cup Quick oats; dry
1 large Egg; whole
1 tablespoon dehydrated minced onion
1/4 cup Low-sodium catsup
2 teaspoon no-salt added Seasoning italian, curry powder, etc

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375F

Mix all ingredients together and bake in loaf pan for 30-40 minutes, or until internal temperature is 165F

Cut into 5 slices.

Variations: for dehydrated onions, substitute minced yellow onions.

Substitute

Add minced bell peppers or other minced vegetables, reducing ketchup slightly to account for added moisture.
