This tasty meatloaf is quick and easy to prepare and low in calories, fat, and sodium. The kids love it.
Preheat oven to 375F
Mix all ingredients together and bake in loaf pan for 30-40 minutes, or until internal temperature is 165F
Cut into 5 slices.

Variations: for dehydrated onions, substitute minced yellow onions.
Add minced bell peppers or other minced vegetables, reducing ketchup slightly to account for added moisture.
Season with Italian seasoning, chili powder, or curry powder.
AESG 3y agoI made this with the curry and added more catsup on top during the last ten minutes of baking. Very tasty. Also used fresh onion.
