2 tb Dried basil
Salt and pepper; To taste
1 ts White Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c Zucchini squash; chopped
1/4 ts Paprika
1 md Onion; chopped
2 lg cloves Garlic; chopped fine
1 Egg white
1/3 c Carrot; chopped fine
1 ts Oregano
2 1/2 tb Seasoned bread crumbs
1/4 ts Seasoned salt
1 1/2 tb Steak sauce
1 1/4 lb Ground turkey
1 ts Dijon mustard

Original recipe makes 6



Mix thoughourly, spray a loaf pan, spoon turkey mixture in loaf pan and bake at 350 for apprx 30 min, check to see if done, if not lower temp to 300 & bake for approximately 15 min more. Added celery, mushrooms, and catsup; omitted onions, steak sauce, and garlic due to dietary restrictions. It was delicious!

Did not have zucchini so used chopped fresh mushrooms

I dispensed with the loaf pan and just mounded it up on a baking sheet. It came out fine.
