1. Preheat oven to 375*F, prepare an 11"x7" loaf pan by coating lightly with olive oil.
2. Mix egg white, tomato paste, worcestershire sauce and mustard. Add all seasonings and mix well, add remaining ingredients and with clean bare hands mix well.
3. Place mixture in loaf pan and press down to remove air pockets. Smooth top of loaf down with hands.
4. Bake uncovered for 1 hour or until juices run clear and top is golden brown.
