A healthy alternative to the fast-food.

Ingredients

1 lb ground turkey breast
1/4 cup red onion; minced
1 Scallion; white and light green parts thinly sliced
1 Jalapeno; (remove seeds and ribs for less heat) min
1/8 cup Egg Beaters
1 tsp Cumin
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
12 small whole wheat dinner rolls
small pieces lettuce leaf
1 tomato; Sliced

Preparation

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

In a large bowl, combine ingredients. Create 12 equal-sized balls. Place balls on grill and smash thin, cook about 3 minutes a side, center should be 165F. Place burgers on rolls and top with lettuce and tomato. Add your favorite burger fixin's.

Very good. My picky kids even ate it. I halved the amount of cumin and cajun seasoning and served serano pepper on the side. Also added about 1/4 cup bread crumbs.

Usually ground turkeybreast turns out dry but, these were very good and flavorful.
