- chop all ingredients
- mix in a bowl and season with black pepper, chilli and salt. (I as well like to mix and match, in order to have different flavors of a same dish)
- Heat the oven to 400 F
- Ensemble meat in a baking pan, you can make meat balls, or a big meatloaf
- Bake for 30 min or until cooked
for the Side Dish:
- boil asparagus and brown rice
