Fry ground turkey or any other meat that you like. drain off the grease and retrun to pan. Add frozen vegtables and enough water to keep from burning to the bottom of the pan. cover with a lid and let cook until vegtables are done. Boil the rice till done.
When rice is done place on plate. When ground turkey and vegtables are done drain and place over rice. Add sweet and sour sauce to you taste level. Note you can also fix the vegtables while your frying the turkey. put them in a large bowl and mix together.
