Thanksgiving turkey. Whole turkey
Brine: mix sugar salt and pickling spice in large pan or bucket. Stir and then put the thawed turm
Key in bucket and let it stand over night
Rinse turkey off and separate skin from breast then rub with salt and pepper then stuff between skin the fresh herbs. Stuff inside turkey onion celery lemon and herbs. Put some of these ingredients in bottom of pan and place turkey on in pan.
Bake convection roast at 400 for 20 min then turn down to 350 until turkey is at 160 degrees. It took about 2 hours for a 15 pound turkey. Then take oven and let rest for 20 min. Enjoy
