Meatballs prepared in Turkish style (with bread) with different spices from the traditional recipe.
Grate the onion into a mixing bowl. Add ground beef, and the seasoning. Wet the slices of bread under the tap (if you are using bread with extra crust, you might want to leave the crust out). Mix everything in the bowl until it becomes a homogeneous loaf of meat. Add 1/4 cup water and mix thoroughly. Make into patties and bake the patties at 375 degrees Fahrenheit until they form a thin brown crust.
