Suggest a better description1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2) Melt caramels with 1/3 cup evaporated milk and set aside.
3) Mix cake mix, pecans, margarine, and remaining evaporated milk.
4) Put half of dough into greased and floured 9" by 13" pan. Bake at 350 for 6 minutes.
5) Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle chocolate chips on top. Pour caramel mixture over chocolate chips. Take remaining dough, which will be difficult to handle, and crumble over top. Bake for around 20 minutes.
