This recipe is a quick and easy way to make a chocolate Turtle. This recipe is from the 60's and made on a per piece basis to allow you to make the exact amount you want. Delicious!
Preheat oven to approximately 400 degrees. On a cookie sheet, put the two pecan halves side-by-side. Lay a half of a caramel on top. Put the cookie sheet in the ovan and leave until caramel is hot (but not melted!) Remove from oven and then mash the caramel down over the two pecans with a spoon. Then place one Hershy square on top of the caramel. The caramel should be wam enough to soften the chocolate. Mash the chocolate over the caramel with a spoon. Place cookie sheet in the fridge and cool.
