Delicious side!
Spread uncooked rice evenly in pan. Set asidespice envelope. Put olives over rice, then mushrooms, then onions, then green peppers, then tomatoes with juices, then chicken if desired, then cheese cubes. Pour melted margerine over all. Spread spice mixture over all. Cook for 1 hour. Glass pan: 325 degrees and metal 350 degrees (9 by 13 pan).
