1. Place margarine in a 10 inch cast iron skillet. Melt margarine.
2. Remove skillet from the heat. With a fork, stir in the brown sugar, cinnamon, and rum.
3. Spread mixture out evenly in the skillet.

2. Blend on low speed one minute.
3. Scrape and beat on medium speed for two minutes.
