2. Add confectioners sugar, cream, and vanilla extract with the mixer running on low
3. Increase to high speed and beat for 3 full minutes
**DOUBLE THE RECIPE IF ONLY MAKING ONE KIND OF FROSTING (NOT SWIRLING)**
Do not use whipping cream.
If the frosting is too thin add more powdered sugar.
If the frosting is too thick, add cream.
Add a pinch of salt is frosting is too sweet.
