Grill eggplant (sprayed with non-stick oil and salt/pepper) on foil - 3-4 min per side,until soft
Top slice of veal with prosciutto, parmesan and eggplant - roll up - secure with toothpicks
Combine tomato, garlic, olives, worcestershire sauce and basil in baking dish
Brown veal in frypan then add to baking tray
Bake for 25 minutes
Remove veal, remove toothpicks, slice veal - divide veal and sauce amongst the pasta in bowls
Top with parmesan and chopped basil
(add chilli and/or pepper to add spice/flavour)
