Combine flour, pepper, basil, and oregano. Coat veal with flour mixture and brown in oil.
Add onion, garlic and wine. Cook 20 minutes.
Add more wine if necessary.
Add mushrooms and parsley. Cover and cook 5-10 minutes longer, until meat, mushrooms are tender.
Garnish with paprika (if desired)
