Dip in egg, and dip in mixed Italian bread crumbs, pushing bread crumbs into meat.
Fry in oil until brown and cooked.
For sauce, heat oil in pan. Add garlic and onion and brown.
Add tomato paste, salt, pepper, sugar, cheese, and red cooking wine.
Cook about 45 minutes.
Add sweet peas.
Cook 15 more minutes.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Oil cookie sheet and lay out coated cuts of veal.
Pour big serving of sauce on each cut of veal.
Sprinkle mushrooms on cuts of veal.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over veal 5 minutes before taking out of oven.
