Suggest a better descriptionBlend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Heat a non-stick pan on low-medium heat. Place some vegan butter, or oil or your choice, in pan. Pour a small amount of batter in pan and cover (pancakes should be small and thick). Let the pancake cook slowly. When the side facing up starts to bubble, flip, and cover again.
Be patient. Don't cook too high.
