Zuchinni bread for Jerremy
Mix dry ingredients together, then stir in shredded zucchini . Add warm apple sauce/coconut oil mixture. Finally, blend in raisins. Fold into greased loaf pan. Bake at 325 F for 70 min or until toothpick test says "done!"
