Simple yet delicious vegetable soup.
Heat oven to 350. Add salt and pepper to roast and brown. Fill covered oven dish 1/4 full of water, add 2 beef bouyon cubes and garlic powder to taste. Cook approximately 1 hour depending on oven settings.
Cook Kluski noodles according to package.
Add all ingredients to cooktop and cook for approximately 1 hour while roast is cooking.
Remove roast, allow to cool and pull meat apart. Add meat and broth to soup and continue cooking until all ingredients are thoroughly cooked.
