Suggest a better descriptionHeat 2 tablespoons of olive oil and a dash of chili oil in skillet. Add beef and 1 tablespoon of chili powder and 1 tablespoon of cumin. Cook on high for 5 minutes and set aside. Heat olive, garlic, and chili oil in large pan. Add onion, jalapeno, and 1tablespoon of chili powder and sautée until translucent. Add green and red pepper. Throw in another tablespoon of chili powder and garlic. Cook on medium for a couple minutes. Add Roma tomatoes and canned tomatoes, tomato sauce, corn, black beans, and kidney beans. Stir in ground beef. Add a cup of water. Add salt, pepper, cinnamon, and remaining chili powder and cumin and stir until well mixed. Bring to a boil. Then simmer for 15-20 minutes.
