2 tablespoon Olive oil
2 lb Spinach; fresh, cleaned with stems removed
1/2 cup Green onion; chopped
1 clove Garlic; minced
1 cup Cream
pinch Salt and pepper; to taste
pinch Nutmeg

Original recipe makes 4 Servings



Clean, remove the stems and chop the spinach.

Saute the onion and garlic in the oil; add the spinach and cook for 3 minutes. Add the seasonings, cream and mix well. Serve hot.
