Suggest a better description1. Heat oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat; add garlic and cook about 30 seconds, stirring constantly.
2. Add water, carrots, rice, and rosemary. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer 10 minutes or until water is absorbed. Remove from heat.
3. Stir in the remaining ingredients; cover and let stand 3 to 5 minutes to heat through.
VARIATION: To make Yellow Rice Pilaf, add ¼ tsp. ground turmeric in Step 1.
