This is the classic Vietnamese table sauce that highlights egg rolls and other treats.

Ingredients

3 tablespoons Rice vinegar
2 tablespoons Lime juice
2 tablespoons Honey
1 tablespoon Fish sauce
2 teaspoons Garlic; minced
2 teaspoons chili garlic sauce

Original recipe makes 0.5

cup  

Preparation

Combine all ingredients

This sauce will hold for several days.
