Stir fry tofu and peanuts in wok on medium heat. Add garlic
Baked Tofu (freeze block at home, thaw, if you like it extra crispy) First drain & slice. Place towel on counter covered with paper towel, then tofu slice, then paper towels, then tofu slice, then paper towel, then towel, and top with heavy object. Let stand 15 min to 2 hours. Chop into squares, then bake in oven @ 350, 15 min per side until crispy.
