My attempt at CU's dish. The cook gave me ingredients and basic steps but nothing more.
Blend or food process feta cheese tomato paste chicken stock and sour cream.
Pan fry chicken breasts in butter until nearly done. Remove chicken.
Deglaze pan with Vodka. Flame remain mixture
Reduce heat and add mixture
Add chicken breasts, cover and simmer for 10'
Thinly slice chicken, pour sauce on top and serve with rice and vegetable
