Waffle maker reciepe
Beat egg yolk, milk, and oil until well mixed.
Add flour, baking powder, and sugar to mixture.
Beat until smooth.
In small bowl beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.
With rubber spatula fold egg whites into mixture. Be carful not to over mix.
Use 1/3 cup to pour batter in waffle maker
