Preheat oven at 350 degrees. Cream butter and brown sugar. Add the eggs, vanilla and beat well. Dissolve the milk and baking soda in another bowl and add to mixture. Add the flour, walnuts and salt and cinnamon. Drop dough by rounded teaspoons 2" apart on cookie sheet (parchment)
