Great one dish meal
In skillet, cook beef and onion until done then drain. Stir in the corn, peas, ketchup, worcestershire sauce and garlic. Reduce heat to medium, cover and let simmer for 5 minutes.
Meanwhile in small bowl, dissolve bouillon in boiling water. Combine cornstarch and sour cream until smooth; stir into beef mixture. Add the bouillon mixture. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cook until thickened. Put mixture into a 9 x 13 pan top with mash potatoes and then with cheese. Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes, or until potatoes are hot and the cheese is melted.
