Make slaw
Heat vegetable oil in large heavy skillet over mod high heat till hot, then saute carrots, stirring till almost tender ( 2 min)
Add cabbage and saute stirring and sossing till wilted but still crisp tender (4 min)
Remove from heat and add cucumber and dressing, tossing well.
