This is an Indian recipe from Southern India. The cuisine type is Chettinad.
1. Cook Seperate Yellow Beans[Wax Beans] for about 20 minutes
2. In a large Pan add oil,cumin seeds,fennel seeds, finely chopped onion and garlic.
Fry until it is brown.
3. Add finely chopped tomatoes,salt, red chilli powder and corriander powder.Sautee for 5 minutes.
4. Add cooked yellow Beans
5. Boil it for five minutes.
6. Add Coconut Milk and Simmer for ten minutes.
7. Garnish with Corriander leaves.
Serve Hot with Basmati Rice
To bring out the best flavor buy ingredients in an Indian Store. For oil if one uses Sesame Oil [Gingelly Oil- Idhayam Brand] from an Indian grocery store, it will bring out the best aroma.
