Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray/grease 8in baking dish. In a large skillet, brown meat with onion until meat is no longer pink. Stir in tomato sauce, ketchup and pepper. Spoon half of mixture into prepared baking dish. Sprinkle 1 cup of cheese on top. Repeat layers. Place biscuit around the edge of the dish, leaving the middle open. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until biscuits are brown and cheese is bubbly.
