A great, flavorful Turkey Burger that is actually tasty! (Each Burger equals 6 Weight Watcher Points)
1. In a large bowl, combine the turkey, soy sauce, ketchup, garlic and pepper. Blend in the cheese, then form into 4 burgers.
2. Heat an indoor ridged grill sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Cook the burgers until cooked through, 6-8 minutes on each side. Serve the burgers in buns.
