Weight Watchers Monterey Jack Turkey Burgers

A great, flavorful Turkey Burger that is actually tasty! (Each Burger equals 6 Weight Watcher Points)


3/4 pound ground skinless turkey breast
1 tablespoon reduced sodium soy sauce
1 tablespoon ketchup
1 teaspoon minced fresh garlic
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
1/3 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Original recipe makes 4 Servings



1. In a large bowl, combine the turkey, soy sauce, ketchup, garlic and pepper. Blend in the cheese, then form into 4 burgers.

2. Heat an indoor ridged grill sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Cook the burgers until cooked through, 6-8 minutes on each side. Serve the burgers in buns.

Great burgers. Added some chopped pepperoncini on top and it was yummy!

I thought these were very good. It was very quick and easy to put together. I just grilled them on my foreman grill. I thought they might have been a tad dry but that just might be the fact that I used turkey instead of ground beef. I will be making these again.
