Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 325 degrees F. Wash angel food tube pan in soapy water to ensure totally grease free.
Add flour, sugar, baking powder, salt in bowl and mix, add egg yolks, cooking oil, orange juice, orange rind, and vanilla into well. Set aside. Don't beat yet.
In large bowl, beat egg whites and cream of tartar until very stiff. Set aside.
Using same beaters, beat egg yolk-flour mixture until smooth. Gently fold 1/4 at a time into egg whites. Pour batter into ungreased angel food pan.
Bake 35-45 mins, until an toothpick comes out clean. Invert pan until cake has cooked. Remove from pan.
Mix all icing ingredients together and spread.

1pkg of lemon cake
1 small lemon jello
1 cup hot water
5 eggs
1 tbsp oil
Melt jello in boiling water, let cool beat in eggs and add oil, beat again, and beat in cake mix. For gluten free you may be able to use dry ingredients from Wendy's Cake instead of lemon cake pkg.
