1/3 c Cider vinegar
1 lb Lump Crab Meat
1/2 c Peanut oil
1 md Onion; Sliced thin
1/2 c water; Icy
Salt and ground white pepper

Original recipe makes 6



Spread half the onion slices over the bottom of a large bowl. Separate the crab meat into lumps. Add to the bowl along with the remaining onion. Add salt and pepper to taste Beat the oil, vinegar and water together in a small bowl. Pour the dressing over the crab meat. Cover Marinate for at least 2 (but no more than 12) hours.
