Delicious whipped cream!
Beat cream cheese until fluffy (about 2 minutes--should look whipped). Add heavy cream, powdered sugar and vanilla. Beat until thick and consistency looks like whipped cream (about 4-5 minutes on high speed).
Refrigerate immediately and serve with fruit or top on cake!
Make sure cream and cream cheese are cold just before mixing!
