A wonderful collection of white beans and vegetables making a very tasty soup
1. Soak Beans in water overnight, then drain and rinse well
2. Add stock, rinsed beans, herbs and salt & pepper to taste
3. Bring soup to a boil, then cover, reduce heat, and allow to simmer over low heat for 1 hour.
4. Add Chicken broth to make appropriate consistency desired
