Combine beans, parsley, lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper in the bowl of a food processor. Pulse on and off until the mixture is coarsely chopped. With the machine running, gradually mix in oil until the mixture is creamy. Season with more salt and pepper to taste. Transfer the dip to a bowl and garnish with paprika or your favorite seasoning. Serve with pita toasts or your favorite cracker.
