Suggest a better descriptionHeat olive oil. Add onion or leek and cook until fragrant. Add garlic and mustard greens. Cook, stirring often, until greens are wilted (about 5 minutes). Add beans and stock and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer gently until flavors meld and soup is thickened slightly (about 10 minutes). Add parmesan and adjust seasonings with salt and pepper. Serve
