This delicious one-dish meal is good for you too! Serve with lots of crusty bread.
Heat oil over medium heat and add garlic, onions and carrots. Cook until softened. Add everything except the macaroni. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Add macaroni and continue to cook for 10 minutes. Grate fresh parmesan on top before serving.

melodyarredondo 2y agoSoo delicious. I didn't have any bay leaves but I just used basil and italian seasoning. My 14 month old loved it, and so did my PICKY two year old (once I got him to take a bite). My vegetarian husband who usually doesn't like most things I make said he wants me to make it again. :)

ramona628 3y agoTasty & easy recipe. My toddler loved it. Substituted fresh basil, farfalle pasta & tomato paste. Added a red bell pepper & twice the white beans for extra protein.

Whittas22 4y agoSo easy and tasty. Make this when you haven't been able to get to the shops in a while. Really hearty too - I added diced bacon which wasn't out of place
miktamo 4y agoThis soup was one of my favorites from this year. I just added a little chicken flavor powder for a little more flavor and partially cooked pasta for less starch in soup. EXCELLENT!!!
LittleTeacup 5y agoDelicious, easy, fast and healthy! What more can you ask for? I used a bag a fresh spinach and stewed tomatoes instead of diced tomatoes.
