Weight Watchers recipe - 2 points per burger
Mix all the ingredients (except rolls) together and open the rolls by sliding a knife between them so that they are still connected and just the tops are off. Place the bottoms of the rolls onto a long sheet of tin foil and spread the meat mixture on the bottoms of the rolls ( yes, raw). Place the tops back on the rolls and tent the tinfoil by connecting the two ends on top and curling them down a little so the package is sealed tight. Cook on the top rack of the oven at 350 degrees for 40 mins.
