i think it may be as good as Subway's
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
2. Cream butter and both sugars with an electric mixer. Beat in eggs, vanilla and cream cheese, then beat in baking soda, salt and cornstarch. Add flour and stir just until blended. Stir in white chocolate chips. Drop dough by rounded tablespoons onto a parchment lined baking sheets.
3. Gently press pieces of raspberry in cookie dough rounds
4. Bake for 11 minutes. Allow to rest on baking sheet for 1 min then transfer cookies to a wire rack to cool
When cookies just have a little brown on them pull them out of the oven so as to not over cook them

Banumpkin 2y agoI substituted the white chocolate with dark chocolate... One of the best cookies I've ever made! Love the texture :-) what a wonderful combination! Haven't even finished the cookies and I'm already planning onto making it again!!
Tjlewis 2y agoThese cookies are great. I made two varieties orange marmalade and raspberry.
Ange325 2y agoSimply amazing!!! I think my husband ate half of them within an hour, his three faves all rolled into one. I will be making these over and over.
elaineg1113 2y agoExcellent....so yummy..
averyb123 2y agoSo good! I don't particularly like white chocolate, but I didn't even mind it here. I substituted raspberries for craisins and they turned out great. Still chewy the day after too! Although, the main reason I picked it was because of the cheesecake aspect which I didn't really get too much of in the final product. Still delicious and I will make them again as soon as I get some more craisins and white chocolate!
indmathy 2y agoYummy ones.

JenErickson22 3y agoI doubled the batch and these turned out delicious. Took these to a Christmas party cookie exchange and I will be sharing the recipe. Next time I will use double the raspberries and half the white chocolate.
